SKIRT LENGTH NOTE: Waistband is a wide and comfy band and is NOT included in skirt length. Please measure appropriately. To measure the desired skirt length, start from natural waist or top of hip bone. The skirt's total length will include the length you select PLUS 3" high rise comfy band. (For example: If you select 21" skirt, it will be 24" from the top of waistband to hem.)
