Skirt length notice as of 10/15/21: Skirt lengths include the waistband. A wide and comfy band sits high on the waist and a hidden elastic band sits at the belly button. Please note, skirt lengths could be 1/4 to 1/2 inch shorter or longer than ordered due to the nature of the skirt being handcrafted.
