Q: I see your models wearing a shorter length of skirt. Do you offer long lengths?
A: Yes! We offer various lengths to meet your modesty preference. Skirt length options can be selected at checkout.
Q: There are different legging length options? Which one should I choose?
A: While we do handcraft and customize orders, the length options are the customer's preference. We recommend measuring your inseam as to where you would like the leggings to fall and order the length closest to that. Our fabric is stretchy and legging length may be longer if stretched down. Our size chart can point you in the right direction if you're unsure of what length to select.
Q: Are your skirts good for cold weather?
A: Yes and no. Our Classic SLT sets are great for lifestyle & athleisure during colder weather however we do not recommend skiing or doing high performance winter sports in this collection. Our Premium Collection is a thicker material and one that might offer a bit more warmth during cooler weather. This collection is also sweat wicking, so would be a good choice for activities in the snow and versatile enough for warmer weather.
Q: Are your skirts ok for water?
A: Our Classic SLT sets are wonderful for water and even provide up to SPF50 sun protection.
Q: I've never ordered from you and I don't know what size to get. How do sizes run?
A: Good question! Our sizes run true to size however we always recommend checking out our size chart prior to purchasing to make sure you order the size you need.

General Return + exchange questions
Q: My skirt doesn't fit. I'm unhappy with my purchase. I think my order is wrong. What do I do?
A: We understand shopping online can be touch and go however due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our modest active/leisure wear as well as hygienic purposes of leggings, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please be mindful of this when ordering.
In the event that your order is incorrect or you are wanting to return, please notify us within 5 days of order being delivered based on carrier delivery confirmation, otherwise it is considered a final sale. Once a return has been initiated based upon these conditions, the return must be received within 10 business days, otherwise it is considered a final sale. Returns are only accepted on original, unworn, unwashed items. Items sent back without a return being initiated are not SLT's responsibility. No exceptions.
Due to the high volume of orders we receive, fabric being set aside for each order and processing time being scheduled, orders cannot be changed, revised or canceled after 24 hours of being placed. Please be mindful of this when purchasing.
In the case of a refund being granted on terms and conditions, please allow 2-5 business days for processing and to the original form of payment.
