Purchasing
Hello and thank you for visiting Sweet Lemon Thyme! We handcraft and offer custom modest active and athleisure wear skirts to fit your personal and modesty preference. We also offer a great collection of curated tops and everyday leisure wear.
Order Processing
Sweet Lemon Thyme is a small family owned business. We do not process, fulfill or ship orders on Saturday and Sunday, holidays, personal vacations and unforeseen emergencies. Orders of operation are Monday through Friday, and order processing, shipping and fulfillment reflect this. Order processing, fulfillment and ship times can be interrupted in the case of a production and/or personal emergency, and during vacations and holidays. A notice will be updated in the case of this interruption.
Stocked and ready to ship items ship within 1-2 business days.
Handcrafted/custom active and leisure wear take a processing time of 5-7 business days. This does not include transit times. Transit times are contingent upon carrier.
Orders placed during a high volume time (holidays, promos, weekends, etc.) may take an additional 2-3 business days in processing. Please take this into consideration when placing an order.

Shipping and Fulfillment
- Once an order is processed, please allow up to 1-2 business days to prepare for shipment.
- Orders placed separately but to the same address are not combined and will ship separately. If you are wanting to combine an order, please place the order together.
- Please make sure your shipping address is current and correct, otherwise the order will not be shipped if our shipping system rejects the provided address. These orders could result in a cancelation and refund.
- Please ensure custom options are selected at checkout on items that are customizable, otherwise the order could be delayed in processed canceled.
- For shipped orders, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect/invalid addresses. The customer is responsible for any additional incurred charges for shipments returned due to shipping address errors on their part.
- If the package is declared "delivered" and not able to be located, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
Returns + exchanges + cancelations
We understand shopping online can be touch and go however due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our modest active/leisure wear, returns are accepted on full retail orders with a 20% restocking fee. All sales are final on orders placed during a sale, promotion or on discount. The only exclusion to a final sale is a discrepancy in the order. Please be mindful of this when ordering.
Full refunds are offered on full retail curated pieces such as tops, pullovers, dresses, and non slt custom skirts. Sale items are non-refundable.
In the event that your full retail priced order is incorrect or you are wanting to return, please notify us within 5 days of order being delivered based on carrier delivery confirmation, otherwise it is considered a final sale. Once a return has been initiated based upon these conditions, the return must be received within 10 business days, otherwise it is considered a final sale. Returns are only accepted on original, unworn, unwashed items. Returns received with any sign of wear, fragrance, stains, etc. will not be accepted and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Items sent back without a return being initiated are not SLT's responsibility. No exceptions.
Due to the high volume of orders we receive, fabric being set aside for each order and processing time being scheduled, a change in order may not be guaranteed.
Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days of return confirmation with the SLT and the customer and to the original form of payment. We cannot refund payments to a different form of payment. In this case, a store credit will be given.
