SKIRT LENGTH NOTE: Waistband is not included with the skirt length selected. For example, the wide and comfy band is 3" and in addition to the skirt length selected. The same as the 2" hidden elastic waistband. Please measure at hip bone to desired length you want the skirt and make that selection. If 21" is selected with a wide comfy band, your skirt will be a total of 24". If 21" is selected with a hidden elastic band, your skirt will be a total of 23".
