SKIRT LENGTH NOTE: Waistband is NOT included in skirt length. Please measure at hip bone for desired length. Waistband is in addition to this length. For example: if from hip bone, your desired length to hem is 20", the skirt will range from 23" (wide comfy band) or 22" (hidden elastic band).
