Sweet Lemon Thyme Wellness 21 Day Sugar Detox is a 21 day course via a Facebook private group. The average American now gets more than 300 grams of carbohydrates a day. Four grams of carbs equates to 4 teaspoons of sugar. Sugar is not only addictive but the consumption of it leads to fatigue, brain fog, low blood sugar, intestinal bloating, being tired after meals, increased fat storage and weight, increased blood pressure and depression.
This 21 day detox walks you through the role sugar plays in the Standard American Diet and how to detox from it. This is an organized group, designed and coached by Charity Evans, owner of Sweet Lemon Thyme. Charity is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and NASM and AFAA certified utilizing an anti-inflammatory diet approach for optimal health and supporting immunity and gut health.
